This year, the famous lighting ceremony was held by Yeshiva Tiferet Yonatan Yehoshua, which is held with great pomp and splendor.

It was noted that this lighting is one of the most prominent in the Mea Shearim neighborhood, attracting a large and diverse public.

A long hour before the lighting, many people gather and wait for the sound of Bar Yochai's melodies and other Meron melodies.

During the lighting ceremony, the yeshiva observes the custom of Chai Rotel by distributing huge quantities of bottles of drinks and bags of candy, and this year the custom was held in honor of the 16th anniversary of the yeshiva's 100th anniversary.

After the lighting, a grand celebration was held for the yeshiva's students and graduates.

It should be noted that this year, in the days leading up to the lighting, the yeshiva's head, the Rabbi Zebihi, gave lectures in preparation for the holiday of giving our Torah as part of "Part of My Community," in which he spoke extensively about the significance of the secret Torah in our day.
